Yes, all parts are new and ordered in when needed! Sometimes its for cost efficient to get referbished parts from reputable companys such as CEX.

Well after 30 days, you are not covered by the moneyback guarantee so someone will have to be sent over to fix it. (Call out fees may apply)

If its within 30 days then that means you're backed with the 30 days money-back guarantee and can be fixed by sending the faulty part back and getting a new one. (Call-out fees may apply, only if the sourced part has a 30 days return policy)

Firstly, i will connect to your PC remotely and do everything i would. But i cannot do any hardware maintenance as im not there to look at it. This service is a little bit cheaper.

Step 3: I will build the PC and set it up and optimise it.

Step 4: We will agree a pick-up date or a shipment plan, then i will ship it to you or you to pick it up.
